On March 7, at 8.00, InQube and SJO – Foreign Language Centre, are co-organizing a management workshop in English in room A1 for selected students at C1 level, as part of their language classes. The workshop will be run by Maciej Roguś, an Agile Project Manager working at Tooploox, a software house based in Wrocław. His main focus is improving collaborations between team members that allow them to build awesome products. He studied in Wrocław, Hannover and Oslo.
Tooploox offers custom software development services that help innovative companies and startups design and build digital products with AI, mobile, and web technologies. Tooploox is a Polish company with offices in Wrocław and Warsaw.
The workshop will be focused on a specific governance structure called the holacracy: "Can we work without hierarchy? The workshop will provide insights about topics like teal organizations, flat structure as examples of ideas implemented in modern companies. Participants will have a chance to gain knowledge about new ways of managing business and discuss their bright and dark sides".
